The hotel is immaculately clean, and the beds are comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
The noise from other guests late at night disrupted our sleep, and breakfast options were the same each day.

Consider requesting a room away from the train tracks for a quieter stay. Access to the swimming pool is charged, so plan ahead for that.

The tranquil spa area, with its gleaming tiles and inviting pool, felt like a serene oasis. I enjoyed sipping tea on the balcony while soaking in the comfort of our cozy room, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Better pillows for a restful sleep, please.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with our needs, even providing a ventilator during a hot summer stay. Located conveniently near a bus stop makes city access easy, while the breakfast offered a decent spread, including typical local bread. the absence of air conditioning left the room rather stifling, particularly on the higher floors, and the breakfast lacked variety beyond basic continental options. while the overall cleanliness was commendable, the distance from the city center may be a consideration for some travelers.

Recommend it for families seeking budget options
We had a decent stay overall, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and even helped us with our bus routes and restaurant suggestions. The room had fresh towels ready upon request, and the little welcome wine was a nice touch to kick off our trip.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but considering the amenities it was still acceptable.

The room was super cozy, and I loved having access to the spa and indoor pool, which made for a perfect chill-out session. After our busy days, the sauna and jacuzzi felt like little slices of heaven. Just a heads up, the pillows could use an upgrade for even better sleep! 😊

The noise from the nearby trains can be a real pain, especially if you're a light sleeper—those windows barely open two inches wide. The bed situation wasn’t great either. they shoved two singles together which didn’t exactly scream comfort. On top of that, breakfast was a bit of a letdown—stale bread and unappetizing cold cuts, not what I expected. good luck trying to locate anyone for assistance. a game of hide and seek would probably be more successful. Finally, the lack of air conditioning really bugs me during the warmer months, leaving the room stifling hot and uncomfortable.

good value with some room for improvement
The staff were really nice and incredibly helpful when I faced a problem with my room access card, resolving it swiftly under 24 hours. I appreciated the private parking option, as it made my stay much smoother despite the extra fee. Breakfast offered decent choices, with local touches that I found enjoyable. The spa area was a delightful bonus, providing a nice escape after long days exploring.
The noise from trains nearby could be quite disruptive during the night.

Convenient transport options and clean rooms
I spent 4 nights in a Double Room and appreciated the good transport connections, as the bus stop was only 50 meters from the hotel, providing quick access to the metro. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, which contributed to a comfortable experience. the breakfast options could certainly improve in variety and quality.
